Our training goes beyond theory. In practical exercises, we sharpen awareness of contrasting perspectives and, above all, of our own (sometimes surprising) prejudices. The aim of the training is to question one's own values and privileges through self-reflection, and thus to develop stronger diversity skills.
The content and duration of the training courses depend on your needs, because good diversity training should be tailored to your company. In a joint preliminary discussion, we determine any existing conflicts and set goals in order to set up the right training and format for you. Depending on the topic, we also work with external co-moderators.
